Blood Center blood mobile will be on the parking lot of McClain’s
Grocery on that day and time for the convenience of all living in this

Besides furnishing space on their parking lot for the drive,
McClain’s grocery is donating a lunch special on that day to each
person who gives a pint of blood.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, you may schedule an appointment
by visiting www.giveblood.org and login to Digital donor and enter
sponsor code 23225 or you may contact Jon W. Dunn at (936) 298-
3757 to sign up.
If you have been turned down several years ago, please be advised
that the rules for giving blood do change. Come by the Donor Coach
at McClain’s Grocery and be screened. It will only take a few minutes
and you might find that you can donate blood now. Remember, each
pint of blood can save several lives and a blood drive is only successful
if you, the members of this community, participate.
