Full-Time Contract Employment – Business Continuity Senior Consultant / Manager

PPT Consulting, a regional consulting firm specializing in People, Process and Technology solutions, is seeking an
experienced Business Continuity professional for a project at a local distribution company. The qualified candidate
will have demonstrated experience planning and executing Business Continuity Programs for multi-site companies.

Responsibilities will include:

    •    Development of Disaster, Crisis and Business Recovery Plans
             o Overall Approach and Timelines
             o Templates and Methodologies
    •    Comprehensive Project Management of workstreams including:
             o Overall timeline and workplan development
             o Team Resource management
             o Facilitation of regular team meetings
             o Management to project milestones
             o Regular reporting of project progress
    •    Facilitation of cross-functional team meetings

Other Requirements:
    • 3-5 years experience managing BCP initiatives
    • Demonstrated experience in executing BCP initiatives and documenting Lessons Learned
    • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
    • Demonstrated experience with client BCP education
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and teaming experience
    • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner
    • Demonstrated ability to be organized and multi-task
    • Demonstrated ability to complete project activities as needed in addition to overall management
    • BCP certification a plus
    • PMP certification a plus
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft-based office applications

References required (3). Work location will be the King of Prussia, PA area.

Project Duration is 5 months with the strong possibility of follow on.
