Credit Union Central of British Columbia and Celero® Solutions Sign Reseller Agreement
for MemberDirect Internet Banking

May 29, 2007 - Celero Solutions, a Prairie-based information technology provider, has signed an
exclusive seven-year value-added reseller agreement with Credit Union Central of British
Columbia (Central) to provide MemberDirect Internet banking solutions to 150 credit unions in
Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan under its private-labelled eroSERVE® brand.

MemberDirect Online Services provides leading Internet banking solutions for credit unions
across Canada, and is currently used by over 300 credit unions and several banks and trust
companies. The agreement with Celero provides Central with new business in Alberta and
continued and expanded services in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. By partnering with Celero,
MemberDirect Internet banking solutions are now available to 80% of credit union members
across Canada.

partnership providing to its credit union clients.

The agreement was signed April 30, 2007.
