A special doctoral workshop for conference-registered PhD students working on issues
concerning Technology and Entrepreneurship will be held at 2.30 in the afternoon of 16
September 2009 at the Sabanci University Karakoy Campus. Places are limited so register
your interest early to avoid disappointment. A mini bus will be arranged according to demand.

Registration & online payment
All participants must register using the registration form. For individuals please follow this link to the online payment facility where VAT and discounts have already
been calculated. For groups (3+ people from one institute), you must make a wire transfer through a bank in order to benefit from the group discounts. An abstract and
paper will only be included in the conference proceedings if at least one of the authors have registered and paid the conference fees by specified dates.

Best paper awards
All full papers (respected the deadlines for both abstracts and full papers) will be considered for two best paper prizes (one for scholarship and academic rigour and the
other for originality, creativity and innovation in its contribution to policy making or practice).

From 2004 onwards, all IEF CD ROMs have been assigned an ISSN number (2070 - 6944). It is important that all papers must be received by 1 September 2009 in
order to be included in the CD Rom (every participant will be given a copy). Selected papers will be considered for referred journals for special issues, including
Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Industry and Higher Education Journal and the International Journal of Technoentrepreneurship.
