If you design the ad yourself: use 300 dpi resolution and send the completed ad to us as a Tiff or PDF file. All ads will be placed inside a bounding box and must be designed to size. Any ads sent in that do not fit into the appropriate box will be cropped or scaled to fit the ad size selected. If we are designing the ad: Choose a template from the following page that fits the ad size you desire (three templates have been created for each ad size). Send us the text and images that are to be included in the ad. Electronic text should be sent as a Word document or in an email. Images should be saved at a resolution of 300 dpi as Tiff, JPEG or EPS files (all text must be converted to paths or outlines for EPS files). Images should be saved as CMYK or grayscale. Text and images that arrive in hardcopy form to be scanned in must be clear and high quality. We cannot improve or be responsible for graphics that do not scan or reproduce well due to the original files provided.

All ad requests and accompanying artwork prepared by you must be received by August 30, 2007. Any ads you wish NMA to prepare must be submitted by August 15, 2007.

You may include more than one picture or logo in your ad but please keep in mind that the graphics you send will be scaled to fit into the “image areas” of the template you choose. The more images added, the smaller each one will be. If copy ends up being too large to fit inside the chosen template (while following guidelines listed above), the font size or layout may need to be adjusted to accommodate.
