How I Book, Sell and Recruit BOOKING When I finish with the relaxation, they have listened to Carlos and I have used all the products on them. I say “Girls, did you enjoy that?” they say yes and I say “ Ok, I want you to do something for me. “Close your eyes. Now I want you to think of two people that are not here tonight that you know would have enjoyed this. It might be your Mom, sister, friend, co worker. I will give you a minute to get those two people in your mind. Now I want you to open your eyes”. At this point they are relaxed and feel great. And I say “ Now I am going to give you a chance to let those two people experience what you just experienced. This is how I do my bookings. How many of you have watched Deal or no Deal? Hold up your bag with the miniature M & M s and say “Ok this is how it works. This bag is full of packs of miniature M & M „s. Half of them have Spa Party on the back and the other half has gifts on the back of package. It might be 10-50 % off, a foot cream, hand cream, or even a Miroderm Abrasion. I want to say that the very best thing you can draw out of this bag is the Spa Party. That will entitle you to treating 5 or more of your friends to the experience that you just had. You have seen all the great gifts the hostess has received tonight. (go over what the hostess got) Now I want to give you a chance to be a hostess. “I am going to come by each one of you and ask you “Deal or no Deal. If you are unable to hold a spa, please just say no deal, but if you can hold a spa then say Deal” Most everyone there says deal. This works so great. I have my booking calendar open and ready to put their spas in. I pass it around and have them pick a date. SELLING “You know there are two things that women really love, one is to be pampered, and now I am going to now give you a chance to do the second thing that women love and that is to SHOP” I hand out the set sheets. Then I say ” I have recently started using set sheets for I feel it is important to use the products in the correct set they belong in. You know if you were baking a cake, you would put sugar, eggs, flour in to make the cake. If you left even one of the ingredients out, it would not taste right. That is kind of the way it is with the products. They work so much better if used together.” I tell them I would like to go over the sheet with them. I start with the Must Have for I want them on skincare. I go over important of skincare, repair and protect. I turn the card over and go over the great sets on Top Selling side. I give them a couple of minutes to look. While they are looking I check the spelling of names and addresses on the spas that were just booked to make sure I can read it correctly. Then I say “There are four ways you can benefit from BeauitControl. First you can buy your products from me at retail. I promise you that you will get the best products out there at competitive prices. I come with the deal. I will call you and let you know when we have new products in, I will help you with any skincare needs that you have”. I hold up the Ultimate set and say “Now if you are like me, you like to get a discount and never pay full price. With BeautiControl there are three ways you can do this. I call it Girlfriend A, Girlfriend B and Girlfriend C. Girlfriend A wants to be able to buy at a discount. With BeautiControl you can get 2555% off of your products. As a member you always get at least 25% off and if you choose a product that is on sale for 25% off then you will get the product for 50% off. And we always have lots of sales each month. You can order yourself and not have to go through me. You can also purchase products for your family and friends” “Then there is girlfriend B. She wants the same as girlfriend A, except she wants to make a little extra money. She can have a few spas and make about $150.00 or more at each spa. And just do spas when she wants extra money. And maybe sell products to friends for extra cash.” „Now we come to Girlfriend C. Girlfriend C wants it all. She wants the Mustang, the trips, the executive pay while working part time, time freedom to work her business on her time table. And if this is what you want, I will be there to help you all the way and we will talk more on this, one on one” Either Girlfriend that you choose is a winner. The only requirement that BeautiControl ask of you is that you order a $100.00 retail order every four months; your part would be $70.00 because when you order $100.00 retail you get a discount of 30%. When you order, that reactivates your membership for another 4 months. Should you ever decide to you do not want to order, all you have to do is not order on your 4th month and you will no longer be a member. No one will call and try to get you to order. They do not do that. On your third month of not ordering, you will have a sticker in the corner of your Achiever magazine that comes to you monthly, that reminds you it is time to order. That‟s it!!! I love that, for I do not want anyone hounding me to order anything.” “I would like to help each one of you, one on one, with your orders. If anyone has to leave early, please let me help you first.”
