Three Cheese Artichoke Dip
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayo
2 green onions, finely chopped
Seasonings: dash of Worchestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
dash of Salt
dash of Pepper
Your choice of dipper(s):
french bread pieces
veggies such as broccoli or cauliflower
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using hand mixer blend together cream cheese, mozzarella, & parmesan.
Add mayo, Worchestershire, Tabasco, Salt and Pepper. Blend until creamy.
Mix in artichoke hearts and onions.
Place in pie tin
350° for 40 minutes, or until slightly brown on the top
With your choice of “dipper”.
