You can figure that it should take about 4 to 6 hours to cook a 20 to 50lb pig and 6 to 8 hours to cook a
50 to 80 lb pig. This will vary depending on the amount of wind. Remember to use a meat thermometer
  just to be sure. If the thermometer reaches 175° between the shoulder and the neck you are done.
                     Also, plan on using about 80lbs of charcoal. That’s it! - have fun.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement: I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the Lessor for any injuries and/or property damage that occur while this rotisserie equipment is in the Lessee’s
use or possession. This agreement pertains to any liability that may be alleged against the Lessee of the equipment or against the Lessor.
Time of Return: Lessee’s right to possession terminates on the expiration of the rental on __________________and retention or possession after this time constitutes a material breach of this contract.
Time is the essence of this contract. Possession after ___________________will result in a $50 charge per 24 hours.
Dirty, Damaged or Lost Equipment: Lessee agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of the goods, as an insurer, regardless of cause, except reasonable wear and tear, while the goods are out of the
possession of the lesssor. Lessee also agrees to pay any reasonable cleaning charge for equipment returned dirty of at least $10. Equipment lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair will be paid for at its
replacement cost when purchased. The cost of repairs will be borne by the Lessee, whether performed by the Lessor, or, at the Lessor’s option, by others. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied
against the purchase or cost of repair of damaged or lost goods. In the case of loss by theft or other means, Lessee agrees to furnish a police report to the Lessor within 48 hours. In the event that Lessor
must resort to litigation to recover for damages caused to or loss of such property, Lessee also agrees to pay all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expenses involved in the collection of
these charges.
