 Winnie joined Navigos Group in June 2005 as Acting Director of Executive Search selection division. In September 2005, Winnie took
 on the role of Director of Operations for Navigos Group. In June 2006, she led the launch of several new businesses as Director, HR
 Advisory services, in charge of HR Consulting, Contract Staffing, Payroll Management and Research. She has more than 14 years
 experience in HR & Business Consultancy, Operations, Executive Search, Outsourcing and Staffing as well as Training in Canada, Hong
 Kong, Thailand and Vietnam. Prior to relocating to Vietnam, Winnie was Training Manager for Thavorn Group in Phuket, Thailand.

 Nguyen Thi Van Anh
 Regional Director, Executive Search & Selection, Hanoi
 Van Anh joined Navigos Group as a result of the strategic acquisition of Ernst & Young HR Advisory Services unit. Since 2004, she
 has been leading a team servicing clients in the North of Vietnam in Executive Search and other HR Advisory Services. Before joining
 Ernst&Young, she was HR Manager for Hathay Brewery where she focused on developing and implementing programmes and policies
 to ensure effective Human Resources Management in line with the company’s objectives. Van Anh is extremely well versed in strategic
 HR Management practices having received training from international renowned consulting groups such as Hay Group. She has over
 10 years of progressive experience in HR Management and Consulting.

 Collin Tang
 Asia Pacific HR Director for Finance and Sales & Marketing
 Collin is from Singapore and has been with the high-tech semiconductor industry for 16 years, spending most of his time working and
 living overseas in United States, China, Taiwan, Japan, Netherlands, and Vietnam. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Collin
 has been involved in 10 start-ups such as Research & Development centres, Wafer Fabrication plants, and Assembly and Test Factories.
 Prior to joining Intel, he worked with the joint ventures companies of Texas Instrument, HP, Philips Semiconductor, TSMC and SMIC.

 Duane Morris
 eduardo Ramos-Gómez
 Managing Partner
 Eduardo Ramos-Gómez formerly served as Mexico’s Ambassador to Singapore, Negara Brunei Darussalam and the Union of Myanmar
 and is Managing Partner of Duane Morris’ Singapore office. He has practiced international and corporate law for more than 20 years,
 advising multinational and foreign companies throughout Asia including Vietnam, North America, Europe and Latin America on cross-
 border direct foreign investment, project development and project finance. His practice encompasses a broad range of international
 investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities, financing, joint ventures, licensing, venture capital formation and investments,
 privatization, infrastructure projects, and other corporate transactions in the United States, Latin America and Asia.

 William Chin
 Senior Manager, Staffing
 William Chin has over 12 years experience in human resource recruiting. He recently joined Qualcomm, a worldwide leader in wireless
 telecommunications technologies, in a leadership role for the staffing organization in Asia Pacific. He is charted to lead building up the
 company’s human resource capability as the company continues to expand in this region. William was a long time recruiting veteran
 of Intel and has worked and lived in China, Taiwan, Singapore and Vietnam. He was part of the HR start-up team for Intel’s $1 Billion
 manufacturing facility in Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a BA in East Asia Studies from University of California at Davis and MA in Education
 from University of California at Los Angeles. His Certificate in Human Resource Management is from University of California at Berkeley.
 William is a native of San Francisco and is currently living in Singapore.
