soliciting or othenvise initiating any hrther contact or communication with any
client of RIORGAN STANLEY whose records or information HALL and EVANS used in violation of their Employment Agreements. This specifically includes any clicnt whom MALL, and EVANS may have contacted by mail, phone or othenvise through the use of any information obtained by HALL and
EirmS while in the enlploy of JlORGAX STAYLEY (excluding HALL arid EVANS'S family and
relatives): (c) Using. disclosing. or transmitting for any purpose, including solicitation of said
clients. the infomiation contained in the records of RIORGAN STANLEY or concerning its clients, including, but not limited to, the names. addresses. and financial infonnation of said clients; and (d) Destroying. erasing, or othenvise making unavailable for further proceedings in
this matter, or in any arbitration proceeding between the parties, any records or docun~ents (including data or information maintained in conlputer media) in HALL and EVANS's possession or control which were obtained from or contain information derived from any hlORGAN STANLEY records, which pertain to hlORGAN STANLEY clients whom HALL and EVANS served or whose names became kn0u.n to Defendants while en~ployed hIORGLY STAKLEY, or which relate to any of the events by alleged in the Complaint in this action.

HALL and EirA\S. and anyone acting in concert or participation with HALL and
EV-ASS, specifically including HALL and Ei'.LLYS counsel and any agent, enlployee. officer or
representative of SJIITH BARNEY. are fbrther ordered to return to hIORGAN STANLEY'S Florida counsel any and all records, documents and/or other types of information pertaining to 1IORGAN
STAXLEY customers ("Customer Information"). xi hether in original, copied, handwritten. computerized
(including computer software, disks, computer hard drive and/or any other typc of computer or digital infonnation storage device) or memorialized in any other form. within twenty-lbur (24) hours of notice to HALL and EVANS or his counsel of the terms of this Order.
