Abstract:                            The objective is to study how species richness, different functional
                                     groups of mammalian herbivores and their characteristics (e.g. body
                                     mass, reproduction strategy) relates to plant productivity and the
                                     diversity of the plant resource spectrum, on the habitat and landscape
