Project Goal
To increase the number of underrepresented individuals pursuing an advanced degree and remaining engaged in the field of HSR.
Project Objectives
To ascertain if there are barriers to entering HSR and identify these barriers To learn what institutions are doing to address these barriers To explore and evaluate if a doctoral fellowship would help increase diversity in HSR To evaluate the need for and identify a national strategy to promote HSR
