Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Neurological Impairment Abnormal performance caused by a dysfunction of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves, thereby creating transmission of improper instructions, uncontrolled bursts of instructions to the brain. Seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, and spinal bifida Neuromuscular Diseases Neurological problems that affect the muscles.
