Clifford Kenwood is President of Rebirth Capital, LLC, a New Orleans-based specialty
finance firm. Rebirth Capital manages funds focused on helping the Gulf Coast recover
from the devastating effects of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and developing small
renewable energy projects. These funds include:

   -   Gulf South Rebirth Fund – A New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) enhanced fund
       providing debt and equity financing to a wide variety of businesses located in the
       Gulf Opportunity Zone, including renewable energy.

   -   American Community Renewable Energy Fund – A NMTC-enhanced fund
       providing debt and equity financing to smaller, community-based renewable
       energy projects nationwide.

   -   Rebirth Capital Renewable Energy Fund – Provides equity financing for smaller
       renewable energy projects nationwide, including wind and solar projects.

Cliff has over fourteen years of experience working in the specialty finance and
environmental arenas. Prior to founding Rebirth Capital, Cliff worked for Stonehenge
Capital, an innovative financial firm specializing in tax credit financing and community
development. He was a member of the firm’s tax credit finance and product
structuring/development teams, and played an important role in creating the firm’s tax
credit finance lines of business. He also worked in Stonehenge’s venture capital / private
equity practice, where he was responsible underwriting and administration of equity and
mezzanine investments. Prior to Stonehenge, Cliff worked as a Project Manager for
Preservation North Carolina, where he marketed and supervised rehabilitation of historic
structures utilizing state and federal tax credits. Prior to Preservation North Carolina,
Cliff worked as Project Coordinator for the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation in New
Orleans, Louisiana. Cliff received a BA from Rollins College, and received MBA and
Master of Regional Planning degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
