and warehouse business in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Upon becoming an attorney, he

Mr. Joseph Fasi has been defending trucking accident cases for Federal Express
Corporation, a trucking specialty carrier, for approximately 10 years. Over the course of
those 10 years, he has tried 3 cases to verdict for Federal Express with the majority of the
