In 1804 there was a warrant for John Terry, his wife Priscilla, and his son Stephen, to appear in Hillsborough Superior Court to testify against Issac Lane. In May 1806, a deed from Abraham Bledsoe and John Terry was duly proven by oath of James Huckabee. In August 1807, Stephen Terry and wife Mary, filed suits against Rebecka Thompson, Henry Dean, and Mary Haley over some holding of slaves. May 1808 Pages 50, 52 ,54, and 56 William Terry on jury
