Students will make their own greeting cards and develop activities to do with their children at home.

                 birthday card section: each student will make a
                 birthday card for one of the children who’s birthday’s
                 we are celebrating today (Names of students were
                 handed out prior to class).

                 After students have completed and printed their
                 birthday card choices they will return to “home” and
                 design an award, bingo card, bookmark, calendar,
                 doorknob hanger, or gift tag (student’s choice). All
                 students should be able to complete and print at
                 least three different activities that they have created
                 themselves.



How did the website activities contribute to student learning?
This website allows students to create or design all kinds of activities for both adults and children. It
shows the student that they do not have to go out and purchase greeting cards or coloring books,
they can create their own.

Was the goal achieved? How do you know, i.e. what could the students do or do better as a
   result of the lesson?
Every student created a birthday card and several of them made two or more.
