                    Planed and supervised the day-to-day actions of two Chief Petty Officers, two work center
                     supervisors and 40 Electronics Technicians in the maintenance, operation, and testing of the
                     nuclear instrumentation and electronics that regulate reactor and safety control.
                    Managed a $50,000+ quarterly budget for repair parts and administrative supplies.
                    Led nuclear fuel management program, coordinated to achieve near even fuel use between two
                     reactor plants during a time of extremely high power demand.
                    Raised morale and performance of the division coming from a previous Below Average
                     performance in the Operational Reactor Safeguard Examination. Coordinated training and self-
                     assessment programs to steadily raise performance, first to Above Average, and then to Excellent
                     on the two subsequent examinations.
                    Achieved 100% accomplishment of preventive maintenance, field changes, and vital electronic
                     equipment replacements during unprecedented tempo of Operation Enduring Freedom.
                    Qualified Propulsion Plant Watch Officer in the nuclear propulsion plant.

                     operations of line of sight and satellite transmissions of voice and data. Maintained responsibility
                     for administrative and operational security of top-secret cryptographic equipment and code.
                    Managed a $10,000+ quarterly budget for repair parts and administrative supplies.
                    As Reporting Coordinator for the entire ship regarding personnel and equipment deficiencies,
                     raised manning from approximately 75% to 95%, and equipment readiness to the highest category.
                    Qualified Electronic Key Management System Custodian, Combat Information Center Watch
