supervisors and 40 Electronics Technicians in the maintenance, operation, and testing of the
nuclear instrumentation and electronics that regulate reactor and safety control.
Managed a $50,000+ quarterly budget for repair parts and administrative supplies.
Led nuclear fuel management program, coordinated to achieve near even fuel use between two
reactor plants during a time of extremely high power demand.
Raised morale and performance of the division coming from a previous Below Average
performance in the Operational Reactor Safeguard Examination. Coordinated training and self-
assessment programs to steadily raise performance, first to Above Average, and then to Excellent
on the two subsequent examinations.

Managed a $10,000+ quarterly budget for repair parts and administrative supplies.
As Reporting Coordinator for the entire ship regarding personnel and equipment deficiencies,
