Maryland IT Consultancy and Software Developer Grows Revenue 22 Percent; Expands Staff, Launches
New Online Video Management Service

BALTIMORE--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Systems Alliance, Inc., a regional systems integrator providing
high-value IT and business consulting services, today announced the relocation of its Sparks, Maryland headquarters
and strong results for the first six months of 2010.

Effective August 1, 2010, Systems Alliance will occupy newly renovated and redesigned offices on the 12th floor of
Executive Plaza III, 11350 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, Maryland. Outfitted with state-of-the-art technology,
the space will be home to the SiteExecutive™ development, training and support teams, Systems Alliance Web and
IT consulting organization, and corporate marketing, sales and administrative operations.

During the first half of 2010, Systems Alliance revenues increased 22 percent over the same period in 2009, with
growth coming from every segment of the business. Among other factors, the company attributes its success to the
delivery of high-value consulting services, with two practice areas providing especially strong results:

l IT Transformation: this solution set focuses SAI consulting resources alongside client staff with the objective
of realigning IT operations with the client’s business, while optimizing all facets of IT service delivery. Clients
that have engaged SAI for this service have realized dramatic improvements in IT project and service delivery,
as well as significant cost savings.
l Web Effectiveness: this solution set brings a broad range of capabilities together to meet client requirements
for designing, building, managing and optimizing world-class Websites, Web operations and Web
        infrastructure.

To meet growing demand for its products and services, Systems Alliance has been expanding its software
development and consulting teams, adding six staff in Q2 and targeting six new positions for Q3. All open internal
positions are posted on the Systems Alliance Website, as well as the company’s LinkedIn group page and
Facebook fan page.

In addition to growing its staff, during the first half of 2010 Systems Alliance also released a significant upgrade for its
SiteExecutive Web content management application and launched MediaExecutive™, a new online video
management application which eases the burden and complexity of managing video on Websites. MediaExecutive
went through a beta program in Q1 and became generally available in Q2, supporting multiple live customers – see
related news release, “Systems Alliance Launches MediaExecutive™, Hosted Online Video Management Service
Integrated with SiteExecutive™ Web CMS.”
