Congratulations! This letter is to confirm that you are enrolled in the Michigan Boys Soccer Team Camp during the
week of July 23 – 25 with the XXXXXXXXXXXXX Team.



 If you have not yet done so, please complete and return the following forms by check-in on Friday, July

                                     Check-In, Residence Hall, Roommates, Meals
•   Check-in will be held between 12-2 p.m. on Friday, July 23, at the Bursley Residence Hall lobby (map included).
    All campers will be housed in Bursley Hall.
•   At check-in you will receive your t-shirt and itinerary for the camp. You will also be expected to complete any
    additional forms that you did not send prior to the camp or bring with you.
•   All rooms are double occupancy. Camp staff will finish all rooming assignments at check-in. Specific roommate
    requests will be honored at check-in. We will assign your team to one hallway of the dorm on the same floor.
•   While in the dorm you are not allowed to bounce balls or play soccer in your room or the hallway.
•   Campers will supply their own pillow, bedding, towels, alarm clock, toiletries, and fan.
•   Each night campers will be confined to Bursley Hall at 9:00 p.m. Campers are expected to be on their hall by 10:45
    p.m. and in their room with lights out at 11:00 p.m.
•   The first served meal will be dinner on Friday and the last served meal will be lunch on Sunday.

                                            Miscellaneous Information
•   Campers driving to camp will park their cars in the Bursley Hall parking lot (north side) on Friday. Parking passes
    are available for purchase at check-in for $7/day. No camper will be allowed to drive their car between Friday
    check-in and Sunday departure unless they are a commuter. Violations of this rule will result in immediate expulsion
    from the camp without refund.
•   Campers will walk from Bursley Hall with their team and staff coach to all soccer field sessions.
•   Campers are required to attend each activity. Roll will be taken before every session.
•   Equipment such as hats, soccer balls, t-shirts, and sweatshirts will be available for purchase at check-in on Friday
    and at check-out on Sunday (or visit our website at: www.umsoccer.com).

                                               Things to Bring With You
•   Your own soccer ball with name written on it. We do not provide balls as part of registration. Michigan Soccer
    balls are available to purchase each day for $30.
•   Pillow, bedding, towels, alarm clock, toiletries, and fan (no air conditioning in dorm).
•   Spending money for snack bar and camp store items.
•   All necessary soccer gear including sandals, rain gear, shinguards, etc.

                                                      Dismissal Policy
•    The camp director reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose actions are deemed detrimental to the health
    and/or safety of camp staff, other campers, or himself, with no refund.
•   There will be no illegal drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes tolerated at the camp. Possession will result in immediate
    dismissal from the camp, with no refund. Violations of any of the rules and regulations of the residence hall may
    result in immediate dismissal from the camp, with no refund.

                                                    Refund Policy
•   If a camper withdraws from camp at least 24 hours prior to the start date, all funds paid to date will be returned
    minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be returned for any reason 24 hours prior to the start of camp.

                                                        Check-Out
•   Parents may pick up campers at Bursley Hall after 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 25.
•   Check out on Sunday will be between 3:30 - 4 p.m. Those campers departing after 4 p.m. will check out of their
    rooms and wait in the lobby at the front of the residence hall.
