            COMSTE GOALS
Undertake a national review and assessment
of the Science and technology, and
engineering research and development
system with a view to :
1. Enhancing the system’s internal capability
    to satisfactorily implement the
    constitutional provisions on science and
    technology.
2. Providing the system with the necessary
    funding requirement and other
    infrastructure support.
            COMSTE GOALS

3. Assisting the sector in achieving its goals
    and targets through policies and
    approaches that are consistent with the
    nation’s development perspective.
