                                     NOTICE

                   REGISTRATION FOR CONTRACTORS

1.     Applications for Registration Contractors of various items are are invited by
Defence Services Officer’s Institute (DSOI), Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi110010
from reputed suppliers for the period from 01 Apr 2010 to 31 Mar 2013. Items for
registration and terms & conditions available at our website www.dsoidelhi.org.
and also with Secretary/Asstt Secretary (C&M), DSOI (Tele No
25691897/25688487) during working hours except Tuesday.

2.     Dry Ration, Chicken, Mutton, Milk Products, Fruit & Vegetables, Fish, Ice
Slabs, Packing Box & Paper Napkins, Crockery & Cutlery, Tentage &
Illumination, Vedi & Flowers, Electrical items, Building & Hardware Materials &
Painting & Plumbing Material, Playing Cards, Conservancy, Computer & Office
Stationary, Printing of Forms, Courier Services, Institute Linen & Staff Uniforms,
Ice Cream, Facility Management, Security, Event Management, Civil Works,
Retail Services, Chlorine Gas, Fire Charcoal and miscellaneous items.

3.   Registration may be done by 25 Nov 2009 applying on company’s Letter
head to the Secretary DSOI along with following documents which are
mandatory for registration of contractors:-

      (a)   PAN and Income Tax Returns for the last three years, Last year’s
      Return duly vetted by the Chartered Accountant.

      (b)   Experience certificate in the field for the last three years.

      (c)   VAT/ST/CST and copy of Registration Certificate.

      (d)   Bank statement from the Bank for last six months.

      (e)   Non Refundable registration fee Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five
      Thousand Only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of DSOI, Dhaula
      Kuan, Delhi from Scheduled Banks.

      (f)   Proof of Residence.

      (g)   Three photographs of the applicant and specimen signatures
      duly attested by Chartered Accountant/Gazetted Officer as per Performa.

      (h)  All documents submitted by the applicant must be signed with
      Ruber seal.

4.    All existing contractors whose registration is expiring on 31 Mar 2010 also
need to revalidate their registration by submitting the above mentioned documents.
