							Position: Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

   •   Processing of cheques and TTs for payments
   •   Ensure completeness of supporting documents submitted for payments
   •   Ensure proper documentation, records and filing of all AP and AR statements and invoices
   •   Checking of invoices, petty cash disbursement and processing of payments
   •   Perform banking transactions and assist in the preparation of audit schedules
   •   Perform any other ad-hoc accounting & administrative duties as required

Requirements:

   •   Min LCCI/ CAT certifications, preferably with Diploma in Accountancy
   •   Min 1-2 years of experience in accounting
   •   Eager to lean in a dynamic environment
   •   Good accounting knowledge and conversant in MS Office (Excel, Words)
   •   Ability to work in a fast paced environment
   •   Experienced in SAP would be an added advantage
