Sealed Quotations are invited from the reputed Firms/Institutions (who are having VAT, PAN numbers) for Purchase of Computer Chairs . The sealed Quotations on the prescribed Performa duly filled in and addressed to the Secretary, APMC(MNI), Azadpur, Delhi should be put in the tender box placed in the office of the Secretary, Azadpur on 30.01.2010 by 4.00 P.M. and quotations received after the expiry of due date and time shall not be entertained. 2. All the quotationer are requested to send their tenders duly marked on the envelop “QUOTATION FOR PURCHASE OF Computer Chairs ” within the stipulated period and should be put in the quotation no placed in the office of the Secretary, APMC (MNI) Azadpur. The Quotationer must deposit quotation on 30.01.2010 at 4.00 P.M. which will be opened on the same day at 4.30 P.M. The Quoationer/Representative of the firm/institution may be present at the time of opening of the tenders. 3. The rates offered in the tender form obtained from the organization shall only be considered. The rates offered on any other paper shall not be considered. The items quantity shown in the list may vary according to the actual demand of the organization. 4. The Earnest Money by way of Bank Draft/Call Deposit valued Rs.1000/- only in favor of the Secretary, APMC , Azadpur is required with the quotation failing which the quotation will be treated as rejected. It should also be noted here that EARNEST MONEY IS MANDATORY FOR ALL FIRMS BY WAY OF D.D./F.D.R. IN FAVOUR OF APMC (MNI). The APMC (MNI), Azadpur, Delhi reserves the right to accept/reject all or any tender(s) without assigning any reason(s). 5. The approved rates shall be valid for one year and work order can be given in more than one installment instead of one consolidated work order. The job ordered for should be completed within Fifteen days from the date of issue of supply order(s). 6. If the firm fails to complete the supplies in whole or in part as per terms & conditions, the entire or part of the amount of Earnest Money may be forfeited at the discretion of the APMC (MNI), Azadpur, Delhi. 7. The articles supplied to the department shall be subject to free replacement up to one year against all manufacturing defects or any other defects. If the firm fails to replace the product even after having been directed to do so, the amount of Security Deposited can be forfeited partly or wholly as decided by the APMC (MNI), Azadpur, Delhi. 8. Under no circumstances the negotiations would be held with any quotationer except the lowest quotationer. 9. In case of any dispute, the matter should be referred to Arbitrator to be appointed by the APMC (MNI), Azadpur accordance with the Indian arbitration act and decision of the arbitrator shall be binding on both the parties and the Court of Delhi/New Delhi shall only have the jurisdiction on the same. 10. Quotation form duly completed along with earnest money Rs. 1000/- by pay order/demand draft/FDR in favour of APMC, Azadpur and other required documents should reach this office latest by 4.00 P.M. on 30.01.2010. The quotations received after the prescribed time and date shall not be entertained. Conditional bids shall not be considered at all.
