RETURN POLICY Original invoice and/or receipt must accompany all returns. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date of sale. All returns outside of this return policy will be charged a 25% handling fee. Hardware Unopened computer hardware and accessory products may be returned up to 7 days from the date of sale. Opened computer hardware and accessory products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Software Unopened current version software products may be returned up to 7 days from the date of sale. There are no returns for opened software products. Service Parts No refunds on service parts. Defective service parts will be exchanged for a similar part only up to 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days from the date of purchase, defective service parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Order Cancellation Custom configure-to-order (CTO) computers are NOT eligible for return. Configure-to-order systems received by the Computer Store and subsequently cancelled or declined by the customer will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee.
