    If you’d like to reserve a preferred space, you may do so pre-paid no later than a week prior.
    Your reservation deposit holds your space. Receipts will be issued and must be presented on the
       day you are scheduled to vend.
    Verbal or Telephone requests for spaces are recorded, but not processed until deposit or payment
       is received.
    Pre-paid booths not occupied by 8:00 a.m. may be re-rented without notice and without refund.
       Call if you will be late.
    No refunds or credits issued for cancellations within 30 days before the show date, or “No-Shows”
   continued
        We do not accept credit cards or checks.
        Limited Space is available for organization promoting free of charge and approval must be
         obtained prior to any arrangements or set up.



                    Do you have a valid Certificate of Authority to Collect Sales Tax?
               When applicable, we can assist you in obtaining your certificate from NYS.
                   This will avoid penalties of up to $10,000 from the tax department.
                   Once you have the certificate, it is your responsibility to maintain it.
        Some things are taxable and some aren’t – some have to file, some don’t - check the website
                                         http://www.nystax.gov/

                                          LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Fiddlers Flea Market and the Ross Family may be referred to as FFM and RF throughout this agreement;
FFMand the RF, promoters, representatives, agents, employees, any members or guests of FFMand the RF
and/or the facility on which the activities are conducted are to be saved and held harmless from; any
liability for injury, loss, sickness or damage that may be suffered by any exhibitor, vendor, their employees,
agents, or property (including pets). Exhibitors and vendors are greatly encouraged to provide their own
personal and business liability insurance and loss insurance coverage.
           The undersigned further agrees to save and hold FFM and the RF each as individuals, or their
employees harmless from any claim or demand because of bodily injury or damage to property or sickness
caused by or resulting from an negligent or willful act of the undersigned exhibitor, their representatives,
agents, or employees related to the operation of the undersigned’s business, display, or exhibit.
           FFMand the RF does not provide security to patrol the facility. NO responsibility shall be assumed
by FFMand the RF, their agents or associates, for goods situated during hours of the event, or for goods left
upon the premises at any time the event is closed to the public. It shall be the sole responsibility of the
undersigned exhibitor to protect his or her own exhibit including personal materials.
           Although FFMand the RF will do it’s best not to, FFMand the RF reserves the right to: revoke
agreements, move or require removal of certain merchandise, reassign spaces, or even cancel an event,
when in the opinion of FFMand the RF such action would be in the best interest of the event’s presentation.
An exhibitor shall be entitled to a future show credit not to exceed the amount of a currently credited
deposit as restitution for such revocation, removal, reassignment or cancellation action.
           I understand that sub-leasing or sharing of exhibitor space with another seller is prohibited. I
agree to keep my assigned exhibit space open during advertised public hours until posted closing
times. I have carefully read, and agree to the rules and conditions in this and other materials regarding
FFMand the RF policies.
           The undersigned, by affixing signature, agrees to abide by this contract, Liability Agreement, and
all other relevant show rules and regulations. I have read and understand the rules, regulations and
