AGREEMENT/ RECEIPT “LOAN MODIFICATION PACKAGE”
I hereby authorize Lee’s Learning Center, Inc. (also referred to as LLC) to negotiate, on my behalf, with my bank, mortgage company or lender to which I usually make the monthly mortgage payments for my property located at:

By paying USD $_______.00 for the Loan Modification Package, I agree to and understand the following: I understand that the bank/mortgage company/ lender may request certain fees to be paid in addition to what I have paid to Lee’s Learning Center, Inc. as part of my package being negotiated with my bank/mortgage company/lender. I understand that Lee’s Learning Center, Inc. is not a Real Estate Company, Mortgage Company, Bank or Lender. I understand that the Loan Modification Package is an attempt to negotiate reasonable terms for my mortgage of which I can afford in lieu of losing my home. As such, the Loan Modification is subject to the approval via acceptance by my bank/mortgage company/lender to whom I normally send the monthly mortgage payment to for my property. I understand that I may request a refund of funds paid to Lee’s Learning Center Inc. in the event that my Loan Modification Package is not approved, excluding administration costs. I understand that time is of the essence and I make a commitment with myself to provide Lee’s Learning Center, Inc. with all of the necessary documentation so that the processing of my Loan Modification Package is completed as soon as possible. I understand that the processing of my Loan Modification Package will only start once I have paid stated fee for such package in full. I understand that if the Modification Package does not go through for my loan(s), I may opt to try to do a Short Sale of my property, with LLC assistance and relocation services. I may use a Realtor of my choice “For Sale By Owner”.
