The following items have been added to the MCLS. Approximately 310 new items have been purchased with
Federal Library Services and Technology Act Funds, awarded to the New York State Library by the Federal
Institute of Museum and Library Services
Items with an “ * ” have been purchased for the PERL Library (Parent-Educator Resource Library). The PERL Library provides current
information and resources on disability related topics. This library includes over 6,000 articles, over 1,600 books, and audio/video tapes within
thirty subject categories. Materials may be borrowed by phone, email, postal mail or by making an appointment to visit. For more information,
