							Using myitlab with Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP and Vista
When running myitlab with Internet Explorer 7, you may have to update your browser security settings to allow you to access myitlab
without errors.
If you are getting errors running myitlab with Internet Explorer 7 (for example, error messages indicating you cannot
connect to the Internet) complete the following steps for your operating system version:

Internet Explorer 7 with Windows XP
1. Start Internet Explorer 7
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Choose the Security tab
5. Select the "Trusted Sites" zone
6. Click the 'Sites' button
7. Uncheck the "Require server verification...this zone" checkbox
8. In the 'Add this website to the zone' text field type the following: *.pearsoned.com
9. Click the Add button
10. In the 'Add this website to the zone' text field type the following: *.pearsoncmg.com
11. Click the Add button
12. Click the Close button
13. Click OK

Internet Explorer 7 with Windows Vista
1. Start Internet Explorer 7
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Choose the Security tab
5. Select the "Trusted Sites" zone
6. Uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" checkbox
7. Click the 'Sites' button
8. Uncheck the "Require server verification...this zone" checkbox
9. In the 'Add this website to the zone' text field type the following: *.pearsoned.com
10. Click the Add button
11. In the 'Add this website to the zone' text field type the following: *.pearsoncmg.com
12. Click the Add button
13. Click the Close button
14. Click OK
Content Advisor

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Internet Options.
4. On the Content tab, click the Enable button
5. In the Content Advisor dialog box, click the Approved Sites tab.
6. In the "Allow this Web site" field, type pearsoned.com and click the Always button.
7. In the "Allow this Web site" field, type pearsonedcmg.com and click the Always button.
8. In the Content Advisor dialog box, click Apply.
9. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.
10. When the window asking you to Create a Supervisor Password opens, click cancel.
