Accor Services announces the appointment of
Philippe Maurette, Vice President Human Resources, and
Christian Pilaud, Senior Vice President Information Systems and Logistics

Serge Ragozin, Chief Executive Officer of Accor Services, the world leader in prepaid service solutions, has
appointed Philippe Maurette as Vice President Human Resources and Christian Pilaud as Senior Vice
President Information Systems and Logistics. Both are members of the Accor Services Executive

Philippe Maurette, Vice President Human Resources

Backed by a network of human resources professionals in 40 countries, Philippe Maurette will manage Accor
Services’ global human resources strategy. His priorities will be to support Accor Services teams in adjusting
to the changes resulting from the development of new technologies and to ensure the smooth integration of
new team members.

- Philippe Maurette, 50, holds a degree in law. He began his career in 1983 with Crédit du Nord, initially in
sales and marketing, then in human resources. He joined Bossard Consultants in 1988 and became a
partner in 1995. In 1997, he was appointed human resources manager of Sodexo’s Remote Sites Division
before moving to Cartier International (Groupe Richemont) in 1999 as Vice President Human Resources,
operating out of Geneva. In January 2004, he joined Sowind, the Swiss watchmaker, as Senior Vice
President in charge of operations.

Christian Pilaud, Senior Vice President Information Systems and Logistics

To prepare Accor Services for the technological challenges of tomorrow, Christian Pilaud will be responsible
for proactively planning the design and use of innovative technologies for employees and customers, taking
into account the challenges stemming from changes in the logistics process.

- Christian Pilaud, 51, holds degrees from Institut National Polytechnique in Grenoble and Institut
d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris. He began has career in 1982 with IBM, where he acquired 15
years of international experience. He then joined Carrefour Europe as Vice President Information Systems
before moving to the United States where he helped to set up Global Net Exchange. In 2000, he was
appointed head of Information Systems and Supply Chain at Club Méditerranée. With Capgemini since 2005,
he has been in charge of operations management for the Outsourcing Services Division. He has also been a
member of the Board of CIGREF, an association of IT users in leading French companies.
