       Changes:
       2 Leaders departed as their boys crossed over to BSA
       2 Leaders joined, Paul Dagenais (New Tiger Den) and Doug Grenzicki (Den 10)
       Recruitment adds mostly tigers and a few other ranks – and new leaders
       Transfers from other Packs
       Attrition reduction – maybe 10%

             1. Leader Lunch with the First Graders – buy them all pizza – stuff their
                lunch pails with a flyer
             2. Set-Up the Pinewood Derby at Recruitment
             3. Laptop running Photo’s, Video of last years Activities
             4. Visit classrooms
             5. Work with Girl Scouts on this
             6. Staff a table after school when it lets out during the first few weeks


       Enhance Pack Meetings
                 1. Have Entertainment – Jugglers, Career Day
                 2. Have Snacks
                 3. Add Ritual in the meeting
                 4. Sing and silliness

       Increase parent involvement and expand committee where possible
                  1. Publish a Pack270 Newsletter
                  2. Seek an Advancement / Awards Chair for the committee
