Instructor: Dr. Jim Hoff (jhoff@tegnos.org) has served in a variety of executive roles in the construction industry for over thirty years, currently serving as Director of Research for the Center for Environmental Innovation in Washington, DC. Jim holds undergraduate degrees in architectural design and industrial psychology along with a masters and doctorate in management. Dr. Hoff has conducted research on a variety of quality and technology issues affecting the building envelope and serves as a member of the RCI Foundation Board and the Performance Council for Constructed Roof Systems. Jim is also president and founder of TEGNOS Research, Inc., a research organization dedicated to “advancing understanding of the building envelope.”
