Upcoming events and meetings:
Thursday January 11, 7 pm: Monthly meeting at Essentially Books. We will watch a powerful video of Diana Hayes presenting her 2006 CTA conference plenary address. Friday, January 12, 7 pm: John Dear will talk at Ethel and Kemper Marley Auditorium

Sunday March 4: Elisabeth Schussler Fiorenza will talk on Uses and abuses of the Bible, First United Methodist Church of Phoenix, 5510 N. Central Ave, Phoenix. Co-sponsored by Arizona Foundation for Contemporary Theology and JAAZ. Thursday March 8: We will watch a video from the Richard Rohr series or from the most recent National CTA Conference. Saturday March 24: Jason Berry will join us to present his movie “Vows of Silence” and lead a seminar including what we can do to support survivors of the sex abuse scandal in the church. This movie was “standing room only” at the national conference. April 13-15: 2007 West Coast Conference, Embracing Radical Jesus in a Changing World.
