                                            November 21, 2007

Dear NW TAMS Members and Friends,

Our next meeting is Sunday, December 2, 2007, at King Oscar's in Tacoma. Our dates for 2008 are
tentatively set for
February. 17, May 4, September 7 and December 7. The 23rd Annual Summer Show is July 12-13,
2008. Again, we will be at the Vancouver Elks Lodge. (That is the same weekend as the WIRF show.)

It's not too early to think about consigning some of your better lots of western tokens to our 23rd
Annual Auction. Send them to Mike Patton. We charge only a 15% consignment fee and no buyers
fees. I have been out of commission for the past two months, so I only have 40 lots of my own so far for
next summer's auction. I really do need your help in this matter.

MINUTES FOR THE NW TAMS MEETING - SEPT. 9, 2007
Meeting opened by Vice President Wally Steir.
Welcome and Intros.
Approval of the July minutes as printed.
Treasurer's report $769+
Mike talked about starting to email the newsletter to members who would like to receive it that way. It will
definitely save the club money on printing and postage. If you received this newsletter in the snail mail,
we do not have your email address. Please send it to: mnb@coastaccess.com.
Wally talked about the NW TAMS website that is now up and running: www.nwtams.org
A discussion was held about the NTCA show in Omaha last week. According to Mike G., Mike P., Mike
M. and Al E. it was the best ever.
Eric Holcomb asked for volunteers to man the PNNA booth at this years Puyallup Fair. He was also
taking orders for the 2008 Boeing Coin Club 3 Medal sets.
Al Erickson talked about the Saloon book and it really does look like he is getting close to being ready to
publish. Yahoo!
Mike Miller will be moving back east very soon. We gave him a hardy round of applause for his
involvement with us the past few years. He will be missed.
