LETTERS OF NO OBJECTION
A Letter of No Objection may be obtained from CenterPoint Energy after our review and approval of the easements shown on your proposed plat. One letter will be created for both CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC and CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Texas Gas Operations. On Townhome projects, any additional easements that are required, and are not dedicated by the plat, must be acquired before a Letter of No Objection can be obtained. The original Letter of No Objection will be mailed by CenterPoint to the appropriate municipality and a faxed copy will be sent to the requestor (provided a fax number is included with the request). Requests may be made by mail or email.
