HCJH Québec Trip „08 Newsletter January 29, 2008 ENJOY! Reminder: If ever your family has something to include in the coming week’s newsletter, please email your inclusion to alawton@staff.ednet.ns.ca no later than Thursday. Thanks  UPDATE     All trip info is available at http://hrsbstaff.ednet.ns.ca/alawton . DATES: May 30th – June 4th PRICE: $877.00 (taxes included) – based on 25 students DEPOSIT: $195.00 due Feb 1st – please make cheques payable to HCJH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS 1. Trip Policy – both parent & child are asked to read, sign and return. 2. Rooming list – a list has been posted today for students to sign up. This list is final; no changes will be made… 3. Blue Cross Insurance Coverage Description (read carefully) 4. Blue Cross Travel Insurance (optional) – to be completed and returned even if not purchasing. 5. Exclusion form (if buying insurance) – to be completed and returned even if not purchasing insurance. 6. Important Notice – please list all special needs (medical/dietary/other), sign and return. *ALL OF THE ABOVE HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED AS OF NOW* FUNDRAISERS Lucky Duck Lotto (Recreation Nova Scotia)  Students will be selling tickets – profits are 70% of sales.  Start Feb 9th / End April 18th  Students are responsible for all sold/lost tickets.
