The Signature Lift is our most well regarded facelift procedures. It provides the long
lasting results of the traditional facelift, while incorporating less invasive techniques to
the sags and jowls so often seen with the aging process. It provides a dramatic elevation
to the lower third of your face and neck. Compared to a traditional facelift, the neck and
jowl are treated less invasively, and the elevation and tightening of the muscle layer of
the midface employs an improved suture technique that not only tightens the deep
structures but also elevates them as well. The beauty of the youthful face is restored with
improving the cheek structure and directly elevating and flattening the nasal fold. This
procedure includes microliposuction to the jowls and neck and transferring fat from the
lower abdomen or thighs to the midface for maximum rejuvenation. These fat grafts help
to not only refill some of the lost collagen and saggy tissues of the face, but they also
induce new glycoprotein synthesis {collagen growth} in the skin. When a chemical peel
is added to fat grafting, it tightens, brightens and polishes the skin. It also reduces fine
lines and wrinkles, especially around the mouth and crow's feet regions.

      The Signature Lift is a minimally invasive facelift procedure designed to give
maximum rejuvenation with faster recovery utilizing a shorter incision. This procedure is
well suited for middle-aged patients seeking to reduce sagging muscles and skin of the
cheeks, chin, and neck. Most patients have the procedure in the office based operating
suite under a local anesthetic with mild sedation. The surgery usually takes a few hours to
perform. Results from the surgery can be enhanced with Fotofacial RF Skin Rejuvenation
System used in conjunction with home therapy such as Obagi and Retin-A. Eyelid and
Browlift surgery may be performed at the same time to achieve a more dramatic impact.
The Erchonia Medical Laser is used as well post operatively to accelerate healing.
