INGREDIENTS                      DIRECTIONS
2½      Low fat plain yogurt     Preferably in a see through glass, layer the yogurt,
c.                               cereal, and fruit. Each parfait should be ¼ cup
3 1/3   Low sugar, whole grain   yogurt, 1/3 cup cereal and ½ cup fruit total.
c.      cereal                   Yield: 1 serving
5 c.    Fruit, fresh or frozen
                                 Serving Size: ½ oz. meat alternate; (1/2 cup) fruit
                                 and a grain/bread serving.
