Thank you for taking the time to read our first quarterly newsletter. The main focus of this publication is to give our customers and prospective customers an in-depth look at our company, our employees and the products and services we offer. We value our relationships with our customers and hope that this will be another tool to strengthen those relationships and hopefully develop some new ones along the way. In 2006, we experienced another significant increase in sales growth! This increase is a direct reflection of our ability to supply quality flange products, on-time, at competitive prices, with a high degree of customer service. Our growth is also a reflection of how we have helped our customers decrease their overall product costs versus their previous suppliers. We intend to continue this trend by aggressively working with our global suppliers to keep product costs at a minimum. This year, we will reach another milestone by celebrating our 10-year anniversary. As many of you already know, NTF was started out of my home in 1997. In my wildest dreams, I never imagined that we would come this far in such a short period of time. I have you, our customers to thank for that. NTF CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF SERVICE
This year will mark the 10 year anniversary of National Threaded Fasteners. Coincidently, 2007 will also mark the fifth consecutive year that NTF will be recognized as a Lake / Geauga FastTrack 50 winner. The FastTrack 50 is an organization that recognizes the 50 fastest growing companies in the two county region just outside Cleveland, Ohio. NTF has consistently been in in the top ten of the fifty companies selected. Growing forward, NTF has recently unveiled plans to add another 17,000 square feet of warehouse to the 25,000 square foot building that was purchased late in 2005. As always, communication and unparalleled customer service will continue to be the hallmark of NTF.

Anniversary 2007
President and founder of Julia LaManna joined the National Threaded Fasteners family in November 2006 to manage all aspects of marketing and graphic design. In just a few short months, Julia has developed NTF’s product line catalog, direct mailings and other promotional marketing materials including this newsletter. She also developed National Threaded Fastener’s 10 year anniversary logo. Julia is currently working on updating NTF’s website. A 2002 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Julia comes to NTF with 4 years marketing and graphic design experience. Prior to starting at NTF, Julia worked in the sports industry for the Lake County Captains, is a class A Cleveland Indians minor league affiliate. Her

duties at the Captains included developing print advertising, direct mail, ticket sales brochures, pocket schedules, team media guide and game program. In addition to her marketing and graphic design experience, National Threaded Fasteners was impressed with the emphasis she puts on customer service, a major focus at NTF. Julia developed her customer service skills in her role as Director of Client Services at the Captains where she was responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with corporate sponsors. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Julia’s family moved to Shaker Heights, Ohio when she was only one year old. She currently resides in Lake County.

HEX FLANGE LAG SCREW
National Threaded Fasteners is adding a new product to our existing product line. "We are always looking to expand the use for flange products and are just now introducing a Hex Flange Lag Screw that will have applications in woodworking, timber assembly and deck construction. We pick up in diameters where wood screws leave off allowing for heavier duty projects to employ these new parts. For outdoor use, we have chosen a hot-dipped galvanized finish as standard off-the-shelf," announces Ken. Some of the benefits of this new product include a hot-dipped galvanized finish for superior corrosion resistance and over a 10% higher head for increased wrenchability. The flanged head eliminates the need for flatwashers and provides a superior appearance. The Hex Flange Lag Screw is available in quarter keg and package quantities.
