Welcome back Everyone!! 2009 is off to a great start with each of us stepping into all that the New Year holds for us. We are so happy to have you as part of our Academy and look forward to seeing all our students progress in their enjoyment and skill level of their chosen classes. Please be sure to read through our Academy Information and make special note of the dates in our calendar. It would be so great to have you participate in the fullness of what we have on offer for you. Remember we have two days this year for our Bloch Discount Day which will be on offer at their new Rouse Hill store. If you weren’t able to purchase everything you require during our second-hand sale, this is a great opportunity to save on the rest of your uniform. Have a wonderful February!!

Amended Timetable
At this time of the year, there are often minor adjustments to timetables. Our website will always have the most current timetable available. www.hillsong.com/hpaa If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
All Ballet Students!
All ballet students who are attending two classes per week are potentially eligible to sit their ballet exam in their grade at the end of the year. All exam students will receive a copy of their syllabus music to practice with at home. The CD will cost each student $5 and it will be handed out in class.

Level Assessment Method
For classes that are offered in levels or grades there may be some movement of students over the next couple of weeks to ensure everyone is in the correct class. We appreciate your patience during this process.

On Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th March, 2009 You will need a special voucher from Bloch’s which will be handed out during dance class. Please contact the office during
regular business hours if you haven’t received your voucher by the week before Discount Day.
Our uniforms have been listed with Bloch’s ballet store—Westfield Parramatta, Rouse Hill Town Centre and Blockout Castle Towers. The staff will be able to help you with purchasing the correct uniform at any time of the year.
