2. Information on Hotel flag. If it is a national or regional entity; Give detailed information on the entity
including 3-years financial statement, and a brief resume of all company principals.

   1.      Detailed Monthly Income & Expense for the most recent trailing 12 months (Including Monthly
           Occupancy, ADR & REVPAR).
   2.      Detailed Year-end Income & Expense for the last two (3) years (Including Monthly Occupancy,
           ADR & REVPAR).
   3.      Detailed 2008 Pro-forma by Month (Including Monthly Occupancy, ADR & REVPAR).
   4.      Detailed Sources & Uses of Funds Statement (Include Source of Borrower Capital)
   5.      Detailed Capital Expenditures (Past, Present, Future).
   6.      Principal Resume, Financial Statement (Include REO Schedule) & Questionnaire.
   7.      Borrowing Entity Current Financial Statement and Balance Sheet & Questionnaire
   8.      Photo’s, Floor Plans, Site Plan and Area Location Map
   9.      Property Description: Room Types, Meeting Space, Public Areas, Amenities
   10.     Current Star Report and Recent Appraisal (If applicable)
   11.     Most Recent Franchise Inspection Report
   12.     Date of Purchase, Price Paid and capital infuse since purchase
   13.     Purchase Contract (if applicable)
