Dr. Yabs has fifteen years of teaching experience gained in Kenyatta University, United States International University, Moi University, and has ten years experience at University of Nairobi School of Business. Prior to joining teaching, Dr, Yabs was the Managing Director of Fine Spinners, the Chairman of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of Board of Directors of Export Processing Zones Authority, and Kenya Wine Agencies Limited. Currently, Dr. Yabs is a member of the Doctoral Studies Committee of the School of Business, University of Nairobi, a member of Strategic Management Society, A member of the Academy of International Business, and a member of the Kenya Institutew of Management. He is a consultant in Strategic Management and International Business Management.
