In addition to being a timely and important book to choose for general reading, Religious Liberty in America would be a good text for a high school or college classroom, to provoke discussions or classroom debate sessions surrounding religious liberty and Supreme Court decisions. Because of its largely open-ended, non-partisan nature, as well as its brevity, this book might be most appropriate for introductory courses.
