ICM Fellowship carries the designatory letters FICM and is awarded to those who have been members of the ICM at graduate or vocational level for a minimum of five years. One member who met the grade is Guy Whitehead, CEO of the Armourcoat Group, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of own brand decorative products. He joined the Institute in 1992, and was awarded the Fellowship in 2006. Whitehead was appointed CEO of Armourcoat in 1998, and still takes a hands-on approach to credit control. His contribution to the credit profession is perhaps best exemplified by his winning the Credit Professional of the Year award at icm08.
