SUBJECT: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
The Customer Relations Section of the Child Welfare Services Case Management
System (CWS/CMS) Project is striving to meet each county’s needs by providing
excellent customer service. To that end, a Customer Satisfaction Survey has been
created to help refine the role and services provided to all CWS/CMS counties.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey will assess the types of services provided, and the
level of customer service care your System Support Consultant (SSC) provides. The
ultimate goal is as they say, “To be the best that we can be”. Once the survey is
complete, the data will be compiled and reviewed with all SSCs who are responsible for
responding to the needs of your county.
Attached are two versions of the Customer Satisfaction Survey: 1) Survey electronic
version, 2) Survey written version. If possible, please give the survey to five staff who
are familiar with the Customer Relations Section and the work the SSCs perform.
Please have all completed surveys returned no later than July 31, 2002. You can either
email the Customer Satisfaction Survey to our office or you can send it by regular mail.
