Bernd G. Stittleburg opened the Law Offices of Bernd G. Stittleburg, LLC, in Atlanta in September
2004. Mr. Stittleburg assists clients with Chapters 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcy cases,
uncontested/negotiated divorce matters, and Social Security Disability claims. He began his legal career
in the consumer bankruptcy field with Berliner Law Offices in Springfield, Massachusetts. Mr. Stittleburg
is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Metro Consumer
Bankruptcy Attorneys Group. He graduated, with honors, from John Marshall Law School.
Jonathan Ginsberg has represented Atlanta area debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for over 20
years. Mr. Ginsberg is the editor and publisher of the BKBlog (located at
www.thebklawyer.com/thebkblog) and is a contributing editor of the Bankruptcy Law Network family of
blogs. He has written and spoken extensively about the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer
Protection Act (BAPCPA) changes to the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Ginsberg also serves as a marketing
consultant assisting attorneys with web site and blog law practice marketing. He is a graduate of
Tulane University Law School and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Scott B. Riddle is an attorney in Atlanta. Mr. Riddle’s practice includes bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation,
complex commercial and business litigation, construction litigation (industrial, commercial, residential), and
commercial and residential real estate, and title litigation. He has extensive experience representing debtors,
creditors, trustees and other parties in bankruptcy court. Mr. Riddle has acted as counsel to several Chapter
11 debtors, including real estate developers, a restaurant chain, a large wholesale printing company, and
commercial contractors. He clerked for the Honorable W. Homer Drake, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge for
the Northern District of Georgia. He publishes the Georgia Bankruptcy Blog
(www.georgiabankruptcyblog.com), which includes discussion of recent bankruptcy cases and developments
in Georgia and nationwide.
Laura A. Grifka is an associate attorney with the default group of McCurdy & Candler, LLC, in Atlanta. Ms.
Grifka's practice areas include bankruptcy, real estate, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights. She handles
consumer and commercial bankruptcy in Tennessee and Georgia, and foreclosure and eviction in Tennessee.
Ms. Grifka is a member of the state bars of Georgia and Tennessee, and she is a member of the Bankruptcy
Section of the Memphis Bar Association. Ms. Grifka is an associate member of National Association of
Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT). She received her J.D. degree from Louisiana State University–Paul M. Herbert
School of Law.
