School District Income Taxable Year 2007 Worksheet (revised 3/12/2008)

This worksheet enables you to compute school district income tax for taxable year 2007.

Please do NOT enclose this worksheet when you file the school district income tax return,
                                    form SD 100.

If you have any comments or questions, please go to our home page, click on "Contact
Us" appearing on the left-hand side of your monitor, and send us an e-mail.

Ohio Revised Code section 5748.01 allows each district school board to choose, and the voters to approve or
reject, one of two methods of computing the SDIT: the "traditional method" and the alternative "earned income
only" method. Under the "traditional method" all items of Ohio adjusted gross income ("OAGI") are subject to the
SDIT. Under the alternative "earned income only" method only items of "earned income" which are included in
Ohio adjusted gross income are subject to the SDIT.

For taxable year 2007 the following school districts have enacted the alternative "earned income only" method (you
can expect that more districts will do so for post-2007 taxable years):

Athens CSD - 0502
Circleville CSD - 6501
Cloverleaf LSD - 5204
Eastwood LSD - 8702
Jonathon Alder LSD - 4902
Lancaster CSD - 2305
Sebring LSD - 5008
Southwest LSD (Butler & Hamilton Co.) - 3118
Troy CSD - 5509
