The Supreme Court of Ohio mandates that all new attorneys
must complete 12 hours of New Lawyer Training (NLT) by the

end of their first biennial reporting.
The requirement includes three hours of mandatory instruction
that includes one hour of professionalism, one hour of law prac-
tice management and one hour of client funds management.
