            Morris-Anderson & Associates, Ltd. Expands, Hires New Managing Director

CHICAGO, Ill. – February 12, 2004 – Morris-Anderson & Associates, Ltd., a highly specialized financial
advisory and management consulting firm, is pleased to welcome Mr. Robert Grbic as a managing
director.


Mr. Grbic has more than 20 years lending, financial, operations and workout experience. His expertise
includes due diligence and business plan assessment, operational and financial restructurings and
recapitalizations, workouts and liquidations. Mr. Grbic’s industry experience includes apparel,
transportation, construction, manufacturing, distribution, factoring and finance companies.


Prior to joining Morris-Anderson & Associates’ New York office, Mr. Grbic was an executive vice president
of GMAC Commercial Credit Corp., where he served as the North American Branch Credit Officer, served
on several of GMAC’s corporate credit committees, and had responsibility for a multibillion-dollar portfolio.
During his 20-plus years in banking, he spearheaded the acquisition and integration of several finance
companies acquired by GMAC and the Bank of New York, where he worked before it was acquired by
GMAC. Just after leaving GMAC and before joining Morris-Anderson, he founded MetSource Capital,
LLC, a firm specializing in corporate finance and institutional due diligence.


Mr. Grbic, a member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment
Management and Research, has served as an instructor for the Finance, Tax and Law Department at the
NYU School of Continuing Education. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Pace University.
