ROBERT C. DOLL
Robert “Bob” C. Doll is a Vice Chairman of BlackRock®, a premier provider of
global investment management, risk management, and advisory services. Prior to
joining BlackRock, Mr. Doll was President and Chief Investment Officer of Merrill
Lynch Investment Managers, which was merged with BlackRock on September 29,
2006. At BlackRock, Mr. Doll is the Global Chief Investment Officer for Equities and a
member of the BlackRock Executive Committee. He is also a portfolio manager,
responsible for managing over $20bn in large cap US equities.
Mr. Doll joined Merrill Lynch in June 1999 and was named President and Chief
Investment Officer in 2001. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Doll was Chief
Investment Officer of OppenheimerFunds, Inc.
Mr. Doll graduated from Lehigh University in 1976 with bachelor’s degrees in
both Accounting and Economics. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania in 1980. He is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public
